1. Interlock your fingers above your head, palms facing upward.

2. Exhale and push your hands further above your head.

3. You will also feel this stretch in your shoulders.

No.1 SCALENE STRETCH

1. Stand or sit up right, keeping your back straight, head looking forward.


2. Place one hand on the opposite side of your head.


3. Exhale and gentle lean your head to one side.

No.2 STERNO-CLEIDO-MASTOID

1. Stand or sit up right, keeping your back straight, head looking forward.


2. Turn your head to one side.


3. Using your hand gentle help your head further round.

No.3 CAT STRETCH

1. Stand or sit up right, keeping your back straight, head looking forward.


2. Interlace the fingers of both hands, and bring your arms out straight in front of you.

3. Exhale slowly while gently pushing your hands away from you.

No.4 CHEST STRETCH 1

1. Stand or sit up right, keeping your back straight, head looking forward.

2. Interlace the fingers of both hands, and bring your arms behind you

3. Exhale slowly while gently pushing your chest forward.
